Our CEO
Kimberley Bray

Kimberley Bray is a visionary entrepreneur and one of the driving forces behind Tertiary Extracts Ōtautahi Ltd (TEO), where she serves as Founder, Director, and Co-CEO. She leads the development of the Everee Women™ range and is at the forefront of an innovative startup revolutionising high-value protein production for women’s health.
Raised on farms across Aotearoa’s South Island, Kimberley developed an early appreciation for the primary industries that form the backbone of New Zealand’s economy. Her deep understanding of land, sustainability, and market-driven agriculture shaped her mission to upcycle waste from the primary producer supply chain into cutting-edge nutritional and bioactive proteins.
A Career Rooted in Strategy, Innovation & Leadership
Kimberley holds a Business and Management degree from Massey University and a Diploma in Health and Human Behaviour, providing her with a unique blend of business acumen and people-centred leadership. She is also a Certified Project Manager, Change Manager, and Leadership Coach, equipping her with the expertise to drive complex initiatives, organisational transformation, and high-performing teams.
Her early career saw her excel in public relations, marketing, and communications, before transitioning into the health sector, where she played a pivotal role in digital health transformation. She spearheaded New Zealand’s first clinician-led digital platforms, improving healthcare delivery through strategic project management, change leadership, and patient empowerment.
Transforming Agricultural Technology & Customer Experience
Her ability to align technology with customer needs became evident when she joined a leading cooperative agribusiness, where she led the Call Centre, Digital, Service & Systems Improvement, and Technology Product Management teams. Kimberley was instrumental in building and enhancing technology products, optimising service operations, and developing systems to support multi-channel customer interaction, including robotics.
Her end-to-end transformation approach ensured that the right products were being developed at the right time to support customers to “get the job done”. This work cemented her expertise in agriculture technology, service innovation, and product development.
From Corporate Leadership to Entrepreneurial Vision
Kimberley’s entrepreneurial spirit took center stage when she launched a cosmeceutical range of topical and ingestible beauty products in New Zealand and the USA. From packaging design and e-commerce to in-market trade shows, she managed every aspect of the business.
Her expertise in high-value proteins deepened during her tenure as Chief Operating Officer at a leading New Zealand advanced protein manufacturer. Tasked with revitalising a stagnant business, she streamlined operations, optimised processes, and led market expansion into the US. However, Kimberley and her colleagues saw an opportunity to challenge outdated industry thinking and so, TEO was born.
Everee Women™ & TEO: A Purpose-Driven Enterprise
In July 2023, Kimberley co-founded TEO, a company dedicated to extracting high-value proteins from sheepskins—a once-valuable agricultural byproduct now largely considered waste. Within a year, TEO secured investment, acquired a factory (May 2024), and launched production. By World Menopause Day in October 2024, Everee Women™ #3 was released, with Kimberley personally leading product development, digital strategy, and one of New Zealand’s largest-ever launch webinars.
