Strawberry Collagen Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 tsp Everee Women™ #3
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added nutrition)
  • 3-4 ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)

    Directions:

    1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
    2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
    3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
    4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

    This smoothie combines the benefits of collagen with the probiotics and protein from Greek yogurt. The strawberries provide antioxidants and vitamin C, which can help with collagen production. The chia seeds add omega-3 fatty acids and fiber.         • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
        • ½ teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

        Directions:

        1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

        3. Adjust sweetness if desired, then pour into a glass and enjoy!

            Blackberry Collagen Smoothie

            Ingredients:

            • 1 cup frozen blackberries
            • 1 cup coconut water (or almond milk)
            • 1 tablespoon Everee Women™ #3
            • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
            • 1 tablespoon nut butter (optional)
            • ½ banana (for added creaminess)

            Directions:

            1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
            2. Blend until you reach a smooth consistency.

                Mixed Berry Collagen Smoothie

                Ingredients:

                • 1 cup mixed frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries)
