Whether you're fuelling up post-workout or treating yourself to a leisurely morning, these pancakes are a delicious and healthy choice.

Ingredients: Collagen Pancakes

  • 1.5 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1.25 cups milk of your choice
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1/3 cup of your choice of Everee 

Directions

Step 1

Sift all dry ingredients together in a large bowl

Step 2

Create a well in the middle and add in wet ingredients

Step 3

Combine until smooth and no remaining lumps

Step 4

Lightly oil desired frying pan over a medium-high heat

Step 5

Pour approximately 1/4 cup of pancake batter into frying pan

Step 6

Once larger bubbles form on the surface, flip over the pancakes. Cook until both sides are lightly golden in colour

Step 7

Serve on own or add toppings as desired e.g. fresh berries, banana and maple syrup
