A delicious and refreshing pick me up for summer afternoons when you need an energy and protein boost. Combining banana, mango, min and Everee #3, this is sunshine in a glass.

Ingredients

  • 550ml cold water (or plant/trim milk)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mano
  • Small handful of mint
  • 1 scoop (2 tsp) Everee #3
  • Optional 1-2 pitted dates for additional sweetness

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz to smooth and creamy.
  2. Enjoy!

Mango is high in vitamin C which helps your body absorb iron and supports cell growth and repair.
